All orders undergo a thorough verification process, quality inspection, and careful packaging before being dispatched.
Dispatch Window: Orders are typically dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
High Volume Periods: During holidays or peak promotional seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your delivery address.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather.
We offer flexible shipping options based on your order value:
FREE Shipping: Available on all orders of $60.00 USD and above.
Standard Shipping: For orders between $0.00 – $59.99 USD, a shipping fee of $10.00 USD will be applied.
Expedited Shipping: Available for all orders at a flat rate of $20.00 USD.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.
Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or international post office box addresses. All deliveries must be provided with a valid street address.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.
How to Track: You can monitor your package by clicking the “Track Package” link in the email.
Update Lag: Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours. During peak periods, carriers may take longer to update their systems.

LUCY ON THE SKY is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items, as they are often required as evidence during the claim process.
